Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of futurelogiczone.com (the "Platform"), operated by Future Logic Zone. When you create an account or use our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through email or platform notifications, but it's your responsibility to review terms periodically.

If you're accessing our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" refers to both the individual user and the entity.

Service Description

Future Logic Zone provides business activity analysis tools and educational resources designed for companies operating in Vietnam and Southeast Asian markets. Our platform offers data visualization, trend analysis, and strategic planning support.

We continuously update our tools and may add or remove features without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, our analysis tools rely on data inputs and market conditions that can change rapidly. You acknowledge that business analysis involves interpretation and professional judgment.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To access certain features, you need to create an account with accurate, current information. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts. Providing false information violates these terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@futurelogiczone.com.

• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters
• Don't share your password with employees or third parties
• Log out when using shared or public computers
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Monitor your account activity regularly for suspicious behavior

We're not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use, though we'll assist with security incidents to the extent possible. You may be liable for losses we or other users incur due to someone else using your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes consistent with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringing intellectual property rights of Future Logic Zone or any third party
• Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or any harmful computer programming
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Interfering with or disrupting Platform functionality or connected networks
• Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Collecting or storing personal data about other users without consent
• Using the Platform for fraudulent activities or deceptive business practices
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the Platform

We monitor Platform usage and reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, software, analysis tools, and educational materials—is owned by Future Logic Zone or our licensors. This content is protected by Vietnamese and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes. This license doesn't include rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content.

Your Content

When you upload business data or other content to the Platform, you retain ownership but grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services. We won't share your proprietary business information with third parties except as necessary to operate the Platform or as required by law.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that it doesn't violate third-party rights or applicable laws. You're responsible for backing up your data—we're not liable for data loss, though we maintain reasonable backup procedures.

Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Certain Platform features require paid subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the prices in effect when charges are incurred. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Billing and Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We'll charge your payment method on file. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received or terminate your subscription after reasonable attempts to collect.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you're unsatisfied with the service. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 14-day period. To request a refund, contact support@futurelogiczone.com with your account details and reason for the request.

All fees are stated in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise indicated. You're responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or taxes associated with your payment. We don't store complete payment information—our payment processors handle this securely.

Disclaimers and Limitations

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or analysis provided through the Platform. Business decisions based on our tools are your responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Future Logic Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if we've been advised of such possibilities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or Platform use is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so these may not apply to you fully.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and use as described in that policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Internet transmission and electronic storage aren't completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent security risks of providing information online.

If we experience a data breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by Vietnamese law. We maintain data in Vietnam and may transfer data internationally to service providers who help operate the Platform, always with appropriate safeguards.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

After termination, certain provisions survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution terms. You remain liable for any fees owed before termination. We may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or Platform use shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If negotiations don't resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts. This doesn't prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Future Logic Zone regarding Platform use.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intentions as closely as possible.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account rights without our written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.
